“To say we were amazed by the initial response would be an understatement,” said John Hopkins, President of Invested Central. “We had what we thought was a realistic goal in mind, and within the first 24 hours we had already exceeded our expectations.” When the dust had settled, over 80 members had stepped up to the plate, providing over $120,000 in funding, including $25,000 from two different members, no questions asked.
